I lost access to my phone number and email, and can't access my eGifts. Is there any way to retrieve them?

Kindly send us the order ID at support@giftaway.ph along with the updated email address/phone number. The order ID can be found in the order receipt you received from us which looks like the image below. As long as the eGift hasn't been redeemed yet and we can verify it's yours, we can resend it to you.

Just a gentle reminder that if the eGift is from a reward provider and not purchased from our public site, we would need to base it on the provider’s terms.
