How can I get a BIR-registered receipt for my eGift purchase?

We provide two types of receipts: the Acknowledgement Receipt (AR) for the value of the eGift and the Official Receipt (OR) for the service fee. For example, if you paid Php 110 for a purchase of 1 SM Gift Pass 100, the AR will reflect the eGift value of Php 100, while the OR will indicate the Php 10 service fee.
