What are the official and legitimate contacts of Giftaway?

Any email address ending with '@giftaway.ph' is an official and legitimate email address of Giftaway, any SMS coming from Giftaway is also our own.

Our eGifts may come from our channels as stated above, or through our corporate partners, depending on the agreement. If you are still unsure of your eGift legitimacy or you receive an email claiming to come from Giftaway or Giftaway employee not ending in '@giftaway.ph' please inform us at support@giftaway.ph so that we can look into the matter.

Please note that we will never ask for your OTP, and other personal and sensitive information via e-mail, SMS, or phone call.
