How to redeem your eGift

You can redeem your eGift as soon as you receive it. While each merchant has unique terms and conditions, you can follow the instructions below based on the type of eGift you received. 

For Universal eGifts

1. Open the eGift link sent to your email or SMS.
2. Select Use to view the merchant catalog.
3. Select your preferred merchant from the list.
4. Present the code to the merchant (in-store) or enter it at checkout (online).

For Branded eGifts

• In-store Redemption: Present your Gift Code to the cashier at the time of payment. You do not need to print it; showing it on your phone is sufficient.
• Online Redemption:
  1. Open the eGift link.
  2. Select Use to reveal your code.
  3. An alphanumeric code will be shown or generated. 
  4. Enter the code in the dedicated redemption form or in the voucher field on the merchant’s website/app.
